1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using MiPlayer (the "App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

MiPlayer is a video player application for iOS devices. The App allows users to play local video files and provides a video information extraction service that analyzes web page URLs to retrieve video stream addresses. The App also offers optional paid subscription features.

The App does not host, provide, or distribute video content. All video content accessed through the App is from sources chosen by the user.

3. User Responsibilities

As a user of MiPlayer, you agree to:

• Use the App only for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations
• Not attempt to modify, reverse-engineer, or hack the App
• Ensure you have the necessary rights or permissions to access and use any content through the App
• Not use the App to infringe upon the intellectual property rights of others
• Be solely responsible for your use of the App and any consequences thereof

4. Intellectual Property

The App, including its original content, features, functionality, and design, is owned by MiPlayer and is protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on the App without our prior written consent.

5. Subscriptions and Payments

MiPlayer offers optional paid subscriptions that unlock additional features. All payments are processed by Apple through the App Store and are subject to Apple's terms and conditions. Subscription pricing, duration, and renewal terms are displayed within the App prior to purchase.

Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage and cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID account settings. Refund requests must be submitted to Apple; we do not process refunds directly.

6. Third-Party Services

The App integrates with third-party services including but not limited to Apple (payment processing), RevenueCat (subscription management), and Cloudflare (infrastructure hosting). We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or practices of these third-party services.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the App will always be available, secure, or error-free, or that any defects will be corrected.

Video parsing results depend on the source websites, which may change their structure or policies at any time. We do not guarantee that any particular website will be supported or that parsing will always succeed.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, MiPlayer and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, or interruption of service, arising from your use of or inability to use the App.

9. Content Responsibility

We do not control, verify, or endorse the content that you choose to access through the App. You are solely responsible for ensuring that you have the right to access any content and for complying with the terms of service of any third-party websites you interact with through the App.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by updating the "Last updated" date on this page and, where feasible, through the App. Your continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

11. Age Restriction

The App is not intended for use by persons under the age of 13. By using the App, you represent that you are at least 13 years old. If you are between 13 and the age of majority in your jurisdiction, you must have parental or guardian consent to use the App.

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is otherwise harmful to other users, us, or third parties.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the People's Republic of China, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts.
